Witcher 3 keeps freezing, and just this game alone.

I'm not sure why, or if it's related with issues with AMD Mesa drivers, all of my games play just fine like signalis, silent hill 2, resident evil 4, warframe etc..
But Witcher 3 Wild hunt keeps freezing after 20 min to 1hr of gameplay. I would have asked CDPR for support but it's windows exclusive game and I highly doubt they would help me.
I run this game at DX12 mode with skip launcher parameters.
my launch parameters are as follows
No overclocking profile enabled using 3rd party software like LACT/CoreCTRL
Resizable BAR is enabled
