Issue with websocket ?

Hello,
We are experiencing some issue regarding delivery of message via the websocket.
Note: it might be something we did wrong but I have a hard time debugging it.
What I know:
- The websocket connects successfully and listen to messages
- The workflow is triggered
- The in-app step is marked successful in novu "activity feed"
- We do not receive any event from the websocket.
Any idea I can look at ?
