Screen crashes, audio still plays, happens more after update

So my computer updated cause I forgot to stop auto update. Its a dual monitor setup, running a amd ryzen 7 7800xt. The moniter hooked up to the gpu fully crashes, while the one hooked up to the motherboard freezes, all I run is youtube on brave most the time so it isnt like im running a game. The audio still plays on the video and I cant get it to stop. I rolled back to the 1210 update but cant figure out whats wrong and how to get it to stop, can I please get some help.
