Flannel/buttonup recs?

I’m looking to expand my flannel/buttonup shirt collection. I like cool-tone or earth-tone muted colors. And for button up shirts, like a not too dressy vibe, preferably smth I can wear untucked but not cropped. Any advice or recs, I want decent materials but don’t need super high end stuff. Preferably under $100 for just a good intermediate layer for winter and outer layer for spring/fall. I’m 6’1” 163lbs for reference. Also in the USA and typically wear M/L
