Clothing Items for Portland Winter

Going to Portland for work for a few days, but I live in California and don't have any actual winter clothing.
Normally for work I'd wear like a nicer casual type of outfit as my company isn't very formal. See attached images for examples of type of things I wear. If it's something more important maybe a suit with no tie.
Any advice on what purchases I might need to make to be adequately prepared? Doesn't need to be super stylish or even quality since it will get only occasional use in the future.
