TS5055 error after moving files under src/server – Wasp cannot start

I’m working on a Wasp OpenSaaS project (v0.18.0) and I’ve run into an issue after a small refactor.
I moved some files to better organize my code, specifically by adding a few subfolders under
Now I consistently get the following TypeScript errors:
TS5055: Cannot write file '/app/.wasp/out/sdk/wasp/dist/server/_types/index.d.ts' because it would overwrite input file
(and similar errors for multiple
It looks like the TypeScript compiler thinks some generated output files are also part of the input, possibly due to how the server folders are now structured.
Has anyone encountered this before?
