TEMP BAN FOR THIRD PARTY idk why? i dont cheat

I got temp suspended for 5 minutes, then suspended again for longer like 20 minutes and it cheater detected me when I don't cheat, before that I kept disconnecting till it suspended me both times. Afterwards, it told me to enable my HVCI, but I'm not sure if it's due to the new update with the motherboard I have that give cheaters access to cheat? I enabled it, but I heard there was a different solution from reading the other posts on here that doesn't require HVCI (maybe?). I don't want to have my HVCI enabled because of the latency issue I get, it just feels worse and I've been playing on the same pc since after right beta. I've also played in game changers if this says anything but idk lols
