sound issue

Game audio outputs correctly, but voice chat from teammates is not audible. When I switch the audio output device to my headset in the settings, teammate voice chat becomes audible, however the audio quality degrades significantly (very low quality, mono output). Also, I cant hear skin animation sounds in the shop.
