Game keep banning me for 2 mins

valorant keep giving my friend ban for hacking or smth for 2 minutes after playing 6ish rounds he has reinstalled his windows and it was fine for a while but now has continued i cant find any fix. we make a ticket on valorant supp but they instantly close it without giving any response and say its been solved when it hasnt. the only thing on his drives is valorant fortnite and dead by daylight no 3 third party software nothing
