[bug?] Can't log into any account because of an expired invite to manage an account

I invited an email address I own to manage a cloudflare account I own. I ended up ignoring the invite.
The problem is now whenever I go to log in to cloudflare I'm met with a screen telling me i've been invited to join - and the username input is locked to that email. I can't remove it, and it appears for any dashboard url.
I've also deleted my cloudflare cookies, with no luck. It also means I can't log in to the support forums XD
Anyone have any ideas?

You are invited to manage xyz's account.
