I’d really like to create worlds similar to Raytraceforge/ massive worlds (around 100–200GB), extremely detailed, very tall, and above all visually beautiful.
The problem is that I can’t find anyone who actually explains how worlds like this are created from start to finish. Most tutorials only cover small or medium-scale worlds, but nothing close to this level of scale, detail, and artistic quality.
Of course, Raytraceforge is just an example — but I’d really like to know which mods, datapacks, versions, fabric?, Forge ?, etc. are used to create worlds like this. I’ve already managed to find one thing I didn’t know about that they use, called 2032 World Height, and it made me realize there’s probably a whole ecosystem of tools behind these kinds of worlds.
Also, is it possible to download already-made worlds like this? Because honestly, using Distant Horizons can be pretty complicated
Thanks!
