Valorant Game Freeze (possible vanguard issue?)

Hello.
I recently got a new PC and I have downloaded Valorant to play. But for some reason after some time periods (Around 2 or 3 minutes). Things started to get lagging (Lag does not apply to any other games). The lag was like a huge stop on screen and then I moved to somewhere else. I have made sure that it is not my internet problem. I have tried clean boot and all that stuff but still didn't fix it (Maybe it is vanguard?). If anybody can help please do.
