Complete PC Crash and Restart while Gaming

Lately (maybe the past 2 or 3 weeks), I have been experiencing sudden and unexplained crashes while gaming.
I will be playing, and all of a sudden, my entire PC will go black and completely restart.
This has occurred with both Shovel Knight and Escape simulator on Proton Experimental, and Counter Strike 2 natively, so I don't think it is specific to any one game or to Proton.
I also have not been able to spot any crash logs using the ujust logging.
For reference, I am using an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X CPU, Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 7800 XT 16 GB GPU and MSI PRO B650M-P Micro ATX AM5 Motherboard.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and/or know of what might cause it?
