upgrade with dirty git state
hey! love the upgrade command.
im getting this frequently which is blocking upgrade:
Skipped: working directory has uncommitted changes. Commit or stash them first.
reason:
modified: pnpm-lock.yaml
makes sense, probably because i've run pnpm install.
question: do i not need to run pnpm install?
