Fav stores/brands with youth sizes?

Petite girlie with an interest in men's fashion here! I can wear an XS in tops, but the sleeves and torso are usually too long. I've had success shopping the youth section for outdoor gear, as it's a little cheaper and youth XL tends to fit just right, but I'm having a hard time finding stores or brands with an actually fashionable youth section. Mainly looking for some long sleeve button ups and/or sweaters for work in a smart casual corporate office, or some short sleeve camp collar shirts and anything else more casual for day to day. Open to new or secondhand, I'm in the USA.
