Bed heater issues

I have a vcore4 300mm. I finished building it and it printed great for around 20 small prints. Now, I can't get the bed to heat up fully. The intermittent / partial heating is causing klipper to shutdown. I did some troubleshooting and it seems that there are some internal breaks in the circuitry in the bed heater mat itself. I know that because I tested continuity in the heating leads and it showed an open circuit. I also tested it while wiggling the the heater leads (white) on where they meet the mat and it showed proper resistance / broken circuit back and forth. Here's the photo where I wiggled the wires.

Anyone else have this issue? Is there a fix or do I need a replacement? Also, since the machine is literally brand new, is there a warranty policy that Rat Rig has on the parts?
