For an update, I haven't had any more freezing after I removed all peripherals and disconnected the USB hub that is built in to my monitor.
It surprises very much to reach such conclusion, but that seemed to do the trick. I have also done the following changes, but have had freezes after each one of them, and only stopped now after removing the devices from the USB hub.
1. Disabled onboard video adapter
2. Updated BIOS to one several versions newer (haven't tested after this yet)
3. Run memories at lower speed
4. Increase swap space? (My PC already has 32gb)
5. Stopped and deleted my boxes on distrobox I created attempting to make a WMR headset work
6.Run a rollback (rpm-ostree rollback)
Eventually I might do some testing on the hub, checking if one or two devices in it is fine. I had 4 of them connected before (2 controllers, including the DS4 as audio interface, a mouse and a keyboard)
