SaaS with custom domains

Hello everyone,
I have developed an app that has subdomains per tenant, but my next step is to let users use their own domain (custom domain).
i have tried letting people CNAME and it has been working, except for other users in cloudflare, due to Error 1014 CNAME Cross-User Banned
What would be the best way to overcome this?
I really do not want to be adding exceptions or anything like that because I want to scale the product.
