Stronghold Crusader HD not launching

hello everyone I own a 2024 mac air. i downloaded heroic and bought the Stronghold Crusader HD game from GOG. I currently have the Game-Porting-Toolkit-Latest release date 2025-12-05 downloaded. I am not sure what i am doing wrong. i see the 1.5gb game isntalled, i tried to launch but nothing happenes or everything crashes at some point.
The logs dont show much they are just saying the are waiting to launch and then everything crashes:

Sorry if im asking stupid questions or missing any obvious details but i would really appriciate some advice. please let me know if theres any information i could share that could help
