Hello Cloudflare community. I understand this is not the right place to be asking for assistance regarding billing however I am in complete darkness in regards to this matter as none of my support tickets are being answered.
On January 5th 2026 i upgraded one of my domains to Cloudflare Pro. The invoice was successfully paid and i received a receipt as confirmation. However, the domain is still on the free plan? Is there something i am missing or has Cloudflare just forgotten to upgrade my domain?
I have made two support tickets supplying invoice numbers, recipes and a transaction statement from my bank.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction to getting support on this matter.
