I am writing this message because my account was recently banned. I have been playing on this account for almost seven years and have never used any type of cheating applications or modification files. I have always played legitimately and have spent lots of money on this account.
I have been playing this game since its starting phase. While this is my second account, it has been my main one for years (my first was a guest account because I didn't understand how Google accounts worked at the time).
Yesterday, my account was banned for 10 years without any reason. I believe this was a false trigger by the automated PUBG Mobile anti-cheat system.
I am kindly requesting that you manually review my account. I guarantee that you will not find any type of cheating or unnatural gameplay. Please have the PUBG Mobile team check this thoroughly and unban my account as soon as possible. This is my main account, and without it, I will be unable to play PUBG again.I have many emotions connected to this account. Please do not hurt any player's emotions without 100% verification that they are cheating. This is really unfair.
