Where are the KDE specific folders?

Hi, I'm rebasing my KDE bazzite-deck install to GNOME, but does anyone know which KDE specific folders, that I would need to delete to avoid any conflicts or theming issues, before rebasing or is that done automatically by the bazzite-rollback-helper automatically? I would normally backup my steam folder and install it via the ISO, but the whole storage and ram shortage/supply chain issues has made storage expensive.
