Hi, I’m having a confusing issue and need some help.
Yesterday I was able to play Valorant normally, but now I cannot launch it. I keep getting VAN 9005 and VAN RESTRICTION, and at the same time, the system tray shows that Memory Integrity/Core Isolation is required for Vanguard.
These two errors clash whenever I try to fix the other:
• VAN RESTRICTION only disappears when I turn Memory Integrity ON,
• But VAN 9005 persists.
I found a suggested solution for VAN 9005 — disabling VBS settings — but that requires Memory Integrity OFF, so I’m stuck in a loop.
I’m on Windows 10 Pro, UEFI + GPT, and I’ve checked everything available in BIOS. However, I cannot find a compatible TPM 2.0, and I’m not sure if my system has it. I also tried turning off VBS, HVCI, and other virtual security features, but Valorant either won’t launch or still gives VAN 9005.
It seems like the requirements are conflicting:
• VAN 9005 says I need to turn Memory Integrity OFF
• Vanguard requires Memory Integrity ON
I’ve tried all the solutions I could find online and am unsure what to do next. Could you please advise how to get my system back into compliance so I can safely launch Valorant?
Thank you for your help!
