Constantly repasting this without a resolution, more than enough space on the device currently, upon server start up all plugins are stripped off. Can't find plugins.yml as a seperate reddit post suggested either.

Solution
when creating the amp subserver itll have allocated a specific amount of storage that the server itself can use and wont go over that unless you change it in the amp subserver settings in the panel's admin area. itll have some sort of default value it was set to on creation that youve already hit so youll have to update it to beable to use more storage regardless of the whole server's storage
