Keyboard works but can't type

Hey everyone, new to Linux here 
I have a brand new HTPC setup with Bazzite, and it was working fine until a few minutes ago. I have a Logitech MX Keys S, with a dongle which also connects my mouse.
- The PC and OS itself work fine
- The mouse works fine
- Solaar detects both the mouse and the keyboard
- Keyboard works in BIOS
- Keyboard works in gaming mode
- In desktop mode the keyboard is connected, and at least a few function keys do work :
- screen brightness
- sound volume
- calc shortcut
BUT I can't type text anywhere (Terminal, Firefox…) and any other key don't work. I tried with and without Solaar launched, restarted multiple times, changed the USB port of the dongle, and of course I tried resetting keyboard settings in KDE.
Maybe it's something small (as I said, new to Linux) but right now I'm at a loss. I don't have another keyboard on hand to test further unfortunately.
