Certain (Popular) mods say "Mod is Invalid" when attempting to enable, loads forever - Linux Bazzite

Currently on Bazzite linux based on Fedora 43, latest version of Deadlock Mod Manager - Stable (not preview). The app was at first installed as an AppImage. I cleared .config, .cache, and clicked "Clear Mods State" and "Clear All Mods" before switching to the RPM version of the app, adding:
WEBKIT_DISABLE_COMPOSITING_MODE=1

Afterwards, I attempted to download the same mods with no luck.

To clarify most mods enable successfully. The mods that fail seem to be the ones with multiple vpk files/variants. Running the game with the console open, I tried installing one of the mods that doesn't seem to work: "HUDLock". The mod manager successfully enables it on Windows, but not Linux. These logs seem to show it downloading successfully but detecting that there's multiple VPKs.:
