Memory / Knowledge Architechture

Did npm install - want to do everything in my power to prevent context overload. Anybody else having ~5+ channels with completely different focus/topics (clients, context). What do i need to tell clawd to set up a solid architecture for tool calling / context / memory? have all client details in notion but worried having it read all of that might go overloaded....again
