Vercel -> Neon database provisioning error

We’re hitting an error during Vercel deployment of our staging environment when Neon is provisioning integrations.
The failure occurs at Provisioning Integrations in the deployment on vercel on step: "Create database branch for deployment". The error provided “An error occurred while creating the branch. Please contact Neon support for help."
This was working a earlier in the day and started throwing this error with no other error messages/logs.
Setup details:
• Vercel preview environments enabled
• Neon integration configured to auto-create a DB branch per preview deployment
• Error happens before app build completes
Is there anything we should check on our side, or a known issue with preview branch creation?
