Vanguard False Positive? Banned without cheating (bluedream #XMDG)
"Hello everyone, I’m looking for some guidance regarding a technical issue. My account (bluedream #XMDG) was recently flagged and banned for 'Third-Party Software' (VAL 5), but I have never used any cheats or prohibited software.
I have an open ticket (#121597876) but I keep receiving automated bot responses. I am looking for a way to get a manual technical review of my logs, as I believe this is a 'false positive' case. Is there any staff member or moderator who can point me in the right direction to get this properly investigated? Thanks in advance.
