Proxmox integration has stopped working

I am not sure if this is caused by a recent proxmox or homarr upgrade, but the proxmox integration is no longer working for me. After analyzing the logs and not getting anything from it, I figured that I can just redo it since I have successfully installed it before. Sadly, I cannot get past a certificate error. I though it gave me the option to accept my local certificate last time, but it did no longer give me that option. The error message is suggesting to import the proxmox certificate to solve the issue, but when I tried that, it gave me the same error message.
I have also tried to use http instead of https, but that didn't work either...
Any suggestions?
