RDR2 not launching

Hello. I own a Steam Deck OLED. I can't play RDR2, which I own through Epic Games. I followed the instructions in the link below the Play Now button. I made the WINEDLLOVERRIDES vulkan-1=n,b setting in the Advanced section, meaning I added it to Environment Variables. When I run the game, I get error 18, as stated in the wiki. When I exited the game and changed API>kSettingAPI_Vulkan</API> to <API>kSettingAPI_DX12</API> in the system.xml file, I got the error shown in the attachment. If the attachment isn't visible, the error is: Red Dead Redemption 2 exited unexpectedly.
So I got an error as if I hadn't set WINEDLLOVERRIDES vulkan-1=n,b. This time I deleted the WINEDLLOVERRIDES vulkan-1=n,b setting. I got the same error again. I don't think I made a mistake in the command because I copied and pasted it from the wiki page without leaving any spaces. I'm using GE-Proton10-28 as Proton. I previously tried versions 8.0-5, 9, and 10-24. With 8.0-5, I got an error saying the Windows version was insufficient. The game didn't work at all with the other two versions.
My Heroic version is 2.18.1.
The Steam Deck's OS version is 3.7.19.
