Error: LLM request rejected: This organization has been disabled

woke up to find my clawd spamming me with this error 'LLM request rejected: This organization has been disabled.'
From the chat is seems that maybe I've been banned by anthropic?
I have only used it personally (not sharing account) - I have put it to work over the last week with api connections and testing it's limit, but no idea why I would be banned for this.
Any advice?
