NVIDIA Power management and Razer Keyboard interaction

I have an Nvidia 4080 super and a Razer Blackwidow v4 pro. Recently I've been having an issue where when my computer would suspend, it would not be able to wake up. My monitors would remain black until I did a reboot of my computer.
I found this reddit post (https://www.reddit.com/r/pop_os/comments/1hp90yy/tip_for_anyone_having_trouble_with_suspendresume/) and verified that the systemd service giving me issues was the nvidia-suspend.service. After disabling the service, the not being able to wake up from a suspend issue went away. But, now on suspend, the RGB or my razer keyboard turns off and when I log back in from the suspend it does not turn back on. I have to reboot the system for my keyboards RGB to turn back on.
I find it really odd that the service in charge of turning on my keyboard RGB after a suspend is the nvidia power management servicess. Is there a systemd service that does the same thing but isn't broken like the nvidia one? Is there an obvious solution I'm missing?
