MediaWiki:Common.css does not seem to do anything
ResolvedI trust that I have missed something obvious somewhere but I am stuck in a loop and need help finding my bearings.
I've tried to install quite a few infoboxes--the simpleinfobox from miraheze, infobox character from miraheze, and now just portable infoboxes from the extension. All three seem impervious to any change in the CSS file, whether it be simply having .floatleft and .floatright, having a couple other selectors for .portable-infobox, or straight up copying the CSS from either the dev miraheze wiki or the entire mapping wiki. Nothing does anything and I am at a loss as to why.

Screenshot is from when I'd tried SimpleInfobox--it should be floating to the right. The current page uses portableinfoboxes and does float right, but ignores any centering of the title or other changes I try to apply.
