Can't uninstall riot client and valorant

I want to uninstall riot client and valorant. After watching a youtube video, I followed all of the steps and now they are both gone everywhere, except when I go to programs it shows valorant taking up 9 GB of space still and I am really confused. When I click to uninstall, it says can not find file anywhere.
