Help needed from Gamerdoc
Hey @GamerDoc. I’m sure you have a lot of things to look at, but I was advised by another rioter to contact you directly as this seems to be the only remaining option for my case.
A couple months ago, my buddy k0zy dm'ed you about an issue that involved his friend's account being compromised, which led to permanent suspension on various accounts, including associated accounts that k0zy has ever touched and ofc also on his personal accounts (for reference, please check your dms with @)
Despite the compromised account being cleared of any suspicious activity a long time ago, the suspensions on the other affected accounts (mine being one of them) were never lifted. The only exceptions were k0zy’s accounts, as he managed to resolve the matter with you directly. However, it seems the remaining accounts were not further reviewed.
I’ve sent multiple tickets through Riot Support over the past months, but I never received a proper explanation as to why the suspension is still in place. The responses I got felt automated since I never received a detailed or specific answer despite requesting it. At some point, I started doubting whether the situation was thoroughly investigated at all.
It’s been several months now, and while this has been very frustrating, I’m still hoping to find a way to resolve this fairly. I genuinely believe there’s no longer a valid reason for my account to remain suspended.
