agent select / range

whenever i load into a game, i do agent select and then pick my agent, then load in and am stuck on the screen showing the 2 teams with whose on each team, and it is stuck there while everyoine else loads in. alternatively i cannot load into the range and get stuck on the loading screen, has been happening a while
