Reporting on Twenty
Hi! We're a healthcare company so each of our "opportunities" are referrals and therefore each person (i.e., provider) is tagged to the opportunities (i.e., referrals/patients) that they have given us. Many providers refer multiple patients in a month
I'm trying to aggregate reporting so I can see how many referrals per provider but
(a) when I download/export view, the opportunities tied a provider aren't there
(b) when I look at the opportunities, I can't access information about the referring provider unless I create move all the info about the provider to the patient -- which is duplicate work
Is there a way to aggregate this in dashboards? Or even export it so I can do the reporting externally?
