Automatically provisioning capacity block in terraform script for AWS

I'm trying to automate the instantiation of P5.48xlarge nodes, which require capacity block reservations.
Is there a reference terraform config that:
1. Lets me pick a region
2. Requests the capacity block
3. Spins up the instance once the capacity block is allocated.
I know how to do this if the capacity block ID is known at the time the script is launched, but I want a full end-to-end solution without having to manually create a capacity block in the AWS website. Currently my engineers need to request for me to create capacity blocks, it so it would be great if they could provision it themselves through coder. Does coder support something like this?
