Can't login my cloudflare account

I was using cloudflare pages just yesterday then I tried logging in the dashboard today and I keep getting the error shown in the image. I tried going to support and opening a ticket but it keeps giving me the same error, I tried other email addresses to signup, I even tried making a brand new email account and using that and I still get that error, has anyone faced this before?
