Ok so I’ve submitted 3 tickets now asking about why I was banned for 3 days as a first penalty for going afk (btw we won the game and I left at the end. Plus I was in a trio too) instead of getting a warning or 30 min suspension as I know has been the case in the past. And every time I submit a ticket someone responds with the same copy paste thing that says “we’ve reviewed your account and it was correctly put in place” and then the ticket gets closed so I can’t ask any clarifying questions. In the last ticket I made said any future tickets will be closed automatically. Do yall know a better way to like contact a support person aside from the live interaction stuff because clearly going to the website isn’t working.
