Uniqlo cashmere sweater (cream / nature color)- Undershirt is not visible?

Hi, I bought a Uniqlo cashmere sweater on sale.
It's cream ("nature") colored, and with this color it's quite sheer / see-through.
I can definitely see the outlines of black & white-tshirts underneath.
Any suggestions on what to wear underneath, especially during warmer spring weather?
Do I need special gray or skin-colored undershirts to not have noticeable outlines at the sleeves?
Location: Germany / (Japan soon)
Budget: Should be cheap (<20€ each)
Measurements: XS size
