This is a known issue and the workaround has helped multiple users (andreas39, ilt2351, pollie) with similar Telegram message ordering/duplication problems.
"off" - Sends messages as a single complete message (most reliable)-
"partial" - Streams content incrementally (can cause ordering/duplication issues)-
"block" - Block streaming (can conflict with Telegram's draft handling)The
"off" mode is the most stable option and should prevent this duplication bug.To apply:
