Witcher 3(GOG) not going fullscreen

I'm asking for advice on how to get Witcher 3 (GOG) version to go fullscreen when the resolution is set to 1280x720 because even when set to fullscreen it becomes 1280x720 window just borderless. I am using Proton-GE by the way
