Is this shirt too big?

I probably won't get this anyway but I find I'm not that confident in my judgement when it comes to sizing. I'm just wondering, the sleeves are too long with this shirt right? That's the feeling I'm getting, that there's too much bunching.
I like it outside of that.
I tried the size down before this but it was pinching (?) around the button area so it seemed too small.
