Keyboard sticking/skipping presses

I've been having an issue of one of my computers running Bazzite where when I press keys on my keyboard it acts like it's stuck or it just misses the key press occasionally. The weird thing is that it's not consistent, like right now it's fine, but in some games it has the issue, most recent one of note is Dungeons 4, it also happens consistently if I have handheld daemon open. This specifically is on my GPD Win 5 using the GPD Bazzite image using the Be Quiet Light Mount keyboard, I've tried rebasing to the testing branch but that doesn't seem to fix the issue.
I did some searches online and saw some people have a similar issue but it was with Asus laptops and the fix was related to a piece of Asus software so that wouldn't be the case here. Does anyone know of a way to fix this issue?
