Nuxt Content: defineCollection at runtime

I'm new to Nuxt. So maybe I missed something really stupid.
So the setup is Nuxt + UI + Content.
I have a couple different collections for my content (listed in
I define them in the
Then depending on the route slug, I'll query the correct collection.
All this works fine... The thing is, I'd like to be able to defineCollection during runtime.
First because I'm unable to read my
