Connection refused after a disk in array failed

Hello, I am on Unraid OS and trying to get my Immich server back online after a disk in my array has failed. I didn't have parity--which is stupid I know--that said, I've accepted the data loss and I'm already ordering a new hardrive(s) to have parity. I have incomplete manual backups of what I've lost, so it's not a total failure.
I have a new configuration (removing the failed disk) but my Immich server now refuses to connect. So far, I've only tried composing down, then up again. I'm afraid of doing anything before I ask the community for support. I want to make sure I do things correctly.
My objective is to get the server back online and restore my library (of what survives) in the most straightforward way possible. If I have made things impossible, I am willing to do a clean reinstall and import my photos again.
