Upgrade to new installer from pnpm and switch models to openai codex
help. in previous system updates (when the pace of changes was much slower) I used to just pull from git and occasionally re run onboard to migrate my settings. however now it seems to require me to set everythign up again AND it doesnt work (cant get gateway started) and i get these error message
