pc freeze

hello, after update my pc freeze when I open valorant, I alt tab and freeze or i loose ambient and then freeze, but i hear when i talk with someone from discord, but I cant move my mouse i cant do anything screen freeze, then I have to turn off pc from tower, is anyone have this problem ?
